Constantine Voulgaris died after being involved in a collision last week.
The 19-year-old was a passenger in a silver Vauxhall Corsa which was travelling along Marlborough Road at around 1.10am on Thursday 14th June, when it left the road and hit a tree.
The teenager - who was known locally as Costi - died from his injuries at the scene. The driver of the vehicle was also injured and was taken to hospital where he remains in a stable condition.
The road was closed for 6 hours to allow for collision investigation work, the recovery of the vehicle and repairs to the road surface.
Police Sergeant Chris Moore, said: "We would like to speak to anyone who thinks they have information that may assist us with this investigation. We would also like to speak to anyone who saw the vehicle in the local area immediately before the collision or saw what happened. You may not think it is relevant but we need the public’s help to establish the circumstances and any information will help us to do this.”
